45,000 incredible supporters followed Ireland to Poland for the 2012 Euro’s and they were a credit to their nation. They travelled by planes, trains, and camper van and they transformed the Polish city of Poznan into a sea of green.
Hi folks, I’d really appreciate it if you would take the time to nominate me for the upcoming Blog Awards Ireland 2012. The Blog Awards Ireland will bring together the Irish online community collaborating in a single event in October to celebrate blogging in Ireland. The Awards will offer businesses an opportunity to increase their visibility and prominence in social media circles. With more people being guided in their buying decisions by bloggers rather than friends opinions, blogging is a considerably influential tool in word of mouth marketing.
It’s June so that can only mean one thing in Dublin…… Bloom is back! This is the 5th year of the event and it just keeps getting better and better. There were some incredible and creative gardens on show and the talent and imagination of the garden designers never ceases to amaze me.
As a young child in the Hughes household, St Patrick’s day meant we could break our Lenten vows and eat as many sweets as we could consume. The highlight of the day was a trip into town to see the parade and my brother and I would fight over who got to sit on my dads shoulders so we could see what was going on.
Friday 25th March is Daffodil Day. Daffodil Day is a day for all of us to come together to show support and give hope to people affected by cancer throughout Ireland.
